How far in advance should I order?
Cake orders are allowed to be booked two weeks in advanced. On the Order page, it allows for a date to be selected, this is the date you need your cake order for! For rush/last minute orders, please email us and we will try our best to accomodate you.
How many people do your cakes serve?
5" feeds up to 15 servings, 6" feeds up to 20 servings, 7" feeds up to 25 servings , 8" feeds up to 35 servings. Please check the Order page for more information on servings and pricing.
Can you match my color(s)?
We do not guarantee exact color matches, but we work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed photograph. Remember to specify for colour scheme in special notes details.
What if I don't like what I purchased?
If you have concerns about a product, please reach out to us and we can refund 50% or 100% store credit. We do not issue full refunds.
Do you deliver?
We offer pick up, meet up and delivery. Pick up location is in Shelburne, ON. Meet up is in Brampton (Hurontario and Mayfield) and Delivery at an additonal cost based on location.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is based on your location. When ordering choose your delivery city for a more accurate price. For other location/cities, please contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment (debit/visa/mastercard) and E-Transfer. No Cash. You can send E-Transfer payments to simplysweetcakerie@gmail.com within 24 hours of submiting your order. Please include your order number. We also accept e-gift cards purchased from us as well of course!
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Full payment is required upon booking. For any reason if you cancel your cake order, we will refund 50% or 100% store credit. Please try to cancel sooner than later as the cake making process requires a few days preparation. Also please keep in mind that products/decor/ingredients needed to fulfill your order are also bought once your order is paid.
